Born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania (NEPA), I come from a place where relationships matter and hard work is a way of life. That upbringing shaped everything I believe about service: that people don’t just remember what you do, they remember how you make them feel.
With a rich background in hospitality and leadership, I now help small and women-owned businesses build strong internal cultures that fuel unforgettable customer experiences.
